The first one I can think of stems from what Ive been talking about: Wrapping paper. Theres no reason that the leftover wallpaper you have cant be used this upcoming holiday season for wrapping the presents (This applies to upcoming birthdays as well, obviously). Wallpaper is actually ideal for heavier gifts, or gifts that have sharp edges that have the potential to rip the wrapping. This is because wallpaper is harder than typical wrapping paper.
Murals, by definition, are large-scale paintings or scenes applied directly to a wall, ceiling, or other seemingly flat surfaces. Their primary purpose is to enhance the look, feel, and, sometimes, the spaciousness of a room or space. Wall mural paintings have the ability to create an illusion, making small rooms look bigger, provide a magical view or showcase of a favorite person, place, thing, or event.
Using murals requires careful planning when designing a kitchen countertop backsplash. My article "How to Design Your Kitchen Countertop Backsplash",gives the person designing the backsplash basic information for insert placement.
The origin in children's wallpaper began around 1870 and continues today. Since their inception, the wallpaper designs have been strongly influenced by literature and pop culture. The earliest works had strong religious and moral overtones. Later in the 19th century you saw more wallpaper designs stressing the importance of good behavior. In the 20th century the wallpaper has become lighter in tone and feature more engaging content. Papers have been manufactured to illustrate favorite literature, nursery rhymes, comic strip characters and works of fiction. Some examples of these are Mother Goose, Alice in Wonderland, and Cinderella.
